How do I package a softcover textbook to send through the mail?

I sold a regular-sized textbook with a paperback-like cover and need to ship it via Media Mail. I have packaged hardcover books with no problem before, but I am worried that this one bend or get wet in transit. How can I avoid these issues? I prefer not to buy a box, but will do so if this is the only option. How do I package a softcover textbook to send through the mail?
A bubble envelope will work perfectly. It will protect the book, and will be very light to ship.

Yes, the bubble envelope will allow the book to bend a little, but that will be fine. It will still protect it a lot better than if it is in a rigid box and someone drops the box. If they drop the envelope, the bubble shielding will absorb most if not all of the impact, whereas the box will not.How do I package a softcover textbook to send through the mail?
You can use Saran Wrap, or equivalent, to put a layer that will protect from moisture. The wrap it as one would normally do.

The saran Wrap will hold together as it clings ( sticks ) together, so you need not put any sticky tape.
