My textbook has warped due to water damage and the pages are crinkled. Is there any way to fix it?

I left my textbook in the trunk of my car and it got wet somehow. By the time I noticed it was warped it had already dried out. I have to return this, it is a $100 book and I'm trying to make it look decent so they will accept it. Everything inside is legible it just looks deformed. Is there any way I can fix this?My textbook has warped due to water damage and the pages are crinkled. Is there any way to fix it?
You can fix it, but you will have to be very careful. first, make it slightly damp by using a slightly moist towel/cloth. then iron the paper over with a flat surface under it so that it becomes flat again. you might have to do it for every paper in the book though and the book may look bigger in the end, but the paper will become unwarped. My textbook has warped due to water damage and the pages are crinkled. Try to flatten out the pages with your hand, then place the book under heavy things hopefully that will do the trick
