Where can I buy a relatively inexpensive college textbook that can be shipped overnight?

I bought my textbooks almost 3 weeks ago online. I go to my first Psychology class today, and the professor has changed the textbook. I need the right one by this monday in order to have time to do the homework and study for the test that will be this upcoming friday. Where can I buy the textbook for a reasonable price, and preferably used, and still get 1 or 2 day shipping? Also, how can I sell back the textbook I no longer need anymore?Where can I buy a relatively inexpensive college textbook that can be shipped overnight?
I've bought a lot of my textbooks this year off of Amazon. You can find some textbooks somewhat cheap because you have the option of buyng it used. Amazon also buys back textbooks, so you could try that. And if you can't get the book you need by Monday, then you could always see if you can borrow a friend's book to do some homework until your book arrives.Where can I buy a relatively inexpensive college textbook that can be shipped overnight?
One or two day shipping is so expensive that this plan is not worthwhile and two day shipping will probably not get the book to you in time due to the Labor Day Holiday. Use regular shipping and use the book copy of the college library until your book arrives. It should be on two hour reserve at the library.Where can I buy a relatively inexpensive college textbook that can be shipped overnight?
You could try:

1. Your university bookstore - some sell used books at a reduced price

2. Online book stores: Amazon, Abebooks, etc.

3. Craigslist or Kijiji for your area

4. Ask around; someone who took the course previously may still have the book.

5. Ask your prof to supply the university bookstore with a copy on the reserved shelf so you can read the required chapters while waiting for your book to come in. I've done this and skipped buying the book.

6. Ask your prof if he has an extra copy of the book he can lend you. I've done this for an entire semester, saving me the cost of the textbook entirely.

Good luck with your studies!
