What's the difference between the North American and International version of the Chang Chemistry textbook?

I ordered the textbook online, and the website I used claimed that the book I ordered (the International version) was the same as the US version. When I received the book, I realized that the cover was not only different, but it claims that it its content is different from the North American version.

Please answer if you have seen or used either versions (it's the 10 Edition).What's the difference between the North American and International version of the Chang Chemistry textbook?
Often the content is identical. The paper is often thinner and the printing colors are not as bright. I would suggest using GreenTextbooks.org
