Try Google Books. They may have at least a preview of the pages you need for your assignment. Other than that, just Google it and cross your fingers. Also check your school's library and public libraries, as they often carry many textbooks.
P.S. For future reference, visit xoobbooks.com. Xoob just got started and needs an inventory, but if enough people spread the word and participate, it will be a place where people can get the books they need for free through swapping.
