How do you cite a textbook (without authors)?

I want to cite chapters 4 and 5 in a World History textbook but every site I go to asks for an author(s) and the book doesn't give any authors (well, it does but there are like ten thousand). It has to be in MLA format. How do you cite a textbook (without authors)?
If you can go back to the beginning of the chapter see if the author is listed under the chapter title. If not, just leave out author and start the Works Cited entry with the chapter title, and refer to the chapter by title in the in text citation. The book likely has an editor listed on the title page. With those details follow the format for chapter in a book, here is an example:

except you might have to remove the first author bit.
