Please tell me how to remove it... The page she doodled all over is white ... Please help me...How do you erase a crayon mark on a school textbook?
First, scrape all the wax off that you can with something like a credit card or a fingernail - something that won't cut or tear the paper. When you've done that, then take a pink pearl eraser and go to work on it. Not too hard - you don't want to rub a hole in the paper or cause it to tear. Clean the eraser often by rubbing it on your jeans. If it smears, clean the eraser again and work only on the smear, and try to scrape some more off the original mark, before going back to erasing.
You can also try ironing. Put the page scribbled side down on a pad of papertowels bigger than the page. Iron on the back of that same page with your iron on its lowest heat setting. Change the paper towel and iron again. Only leave the iron on it a few seconds - you don't want to scorch the page! Repeat until there's no more crayon mark on the paper towel.
It won't be perfect. But it will eventually take most of it off. Try white-out on the marks that are left. Very carefully! Since it's the first page, is there printing on this page? You can try going around it with the white-out. Try the pen-style not the brush-and-bottle kind. You might have better results with the dry film type in larger areas between the printing. How do you erase a crayon mark on a school textbook?
