How do you cite in APA, a chapter in a textbook with no author listed for the chapter?

I am trying to cite a chapter in a textbook, and normally you start with the author of the the chapter. It has no noted author. Would I use the two names at the beginning of the book? Or do I go on and begin with the chapter title?How do you cite in APA, a chapter in a textbook with no author listed for the chapter?
If the chapter has no specific Author, then use the Author(s) of the textbook as a whole.
