Find a way to glue the hangles back on. It might work. How do you cover a textbook with a brown paperbag?
If you have the smaller version of the bag it shouldn't be too hard. Although I am not sure about the fit. AHHH who am I kidding I cannot explain this on a computer! GOOD LUCKHow do you cover a textbook with a brown paperbag?
Try slitting the Hollister bag on the side, just the right hand side, and the bottom, right down the middle-- the handles will have to be facing the top of the book and cannot be tucked under.

wrap around the binder and tuck and tape the ends on the right side of the book, front and back (the side opposite of the binder.

Tuck and tape the bottom very good as the weight of the book will fall here....

Not sure of the dimensions of the Hollister bag or your book, so good luck.....

If necessary do a choppy chop chop job...

OR the easy way--put the book in the Hollister bag!

(Sorry I'm working really hard trying to figure this out!)
it operates just the way a standard book cover does... cut it to lay it flat. lay the book on the paper bag fold the top and bottom of the bag inward to align with the book and then fold the sides horizontaly then vertically cut off any extra shouldnt be more than 2 inches when the flaps interlock and you can slip it over the corners of the book ....if youve used a normal book cover before it should be easy just make sure to cut it down...kinda like wrapping a present you dont want to much on one side or the other.

oh yeah you have to tape the flaps with the book corners are or they wont hold sorry.
