What is the best Italian college textbook?

I have two years of high school Spanish as well as two years of college-level Latin. I would like to learn Italian. I am looking for a college textbook to learn from. What is a good textbook for learning Italian on the college level?What is the best Italian college textbook?
I've taken a bunch of languages, including Italian in college...and in my first year of Italian, we used a book called "Prego!" It also comes with a CD/online resources (like tests, quizzes, etc.)...it's one of the best books...entertaining (I mean, as entertaining as textbooks can be), clear, helpful...
