How does the college instructor know I am not cheating if the answers are in the textbook?

Let鈥檚 say for an example, my assignment is to read a chapter and answer the questions in my textbook and if my textbook I am working on that has the answers in it all the way in the back, anybody could cheat and write the answers without knowing what it is. Like the student may look at the back of the textbook at the answer key.

So how does the instructor really know that you knew the answer and didn鈥檛 cheat looking at the answer key if you do a homework assignment and answer the questions? How does the college instructor know I am not cheating if the answers are in the textbook?
In college, you are there to learn skills for a new job. If you mess around in school and don't learn the material, it will be you getting canned when you land a new job, not him.
Right like the other person said if its math you have to show your work. Other subjects it could be as easy as the wording you used could be exactly like it is in the back of the book. Also they will know because if you are tested you won't do as well. When you cheat in school you're only cheating yourself. How does the college instructor know I am not cheating if the answers are in the textbook?
He doesn't care. your not in high school. he expects you to act like an adult. if you cheat, and don't know the answers come test time you will fail, and possibly have to take the class again. which means you have now paid him twice to do the job.
Reverse physiology. How does the college instructor know I am not cheating if the answers are in the textbook?
If it's math, they expect you to show the work.
he won't just dont do the answers word for word
